If you have already purchased a domain name through another service, or if you are switching hosting providers, we will transfer your domain and email at no additional charge. All web-hosting subscribers are subject to our terms of service.

  • Each maintenance request will be completed within a timely manner.

  • Maintenance to your website may not exceed 5 hours per month.

  • Unused maintenance hours do not roll over to the next month.
